A space to practice, breathe and reconnect.
We welcome you into a safe and natural space; a place held with respect, presence, and care.
Here, we practice with awareness. We move, breathe, and learn through discipline, effort, and consistency.
We believe that growth comes through commitment, that the process matters, and that well-being begins when we take responsibility for ourselves.
Our open-air yoga hall, surrounded by jungle and silence, offers a space to slow down, to listen, and to return to what is essential.
WE PRACTICE VINYASA KRAMA
Vinyasa Krama is a progressive and intelligent method that links movement, breath, and awareness in a precise sequence. We guide you step by step, helping you build stability, strength, mobility, and inner focus.
This practice is therapeutic, transformative, and deeply grounding.
The practice is built step by step. Developing stability, mobility, strength, and awareness over time.
We don’t rush the process. We work with it.

We guide you through a progressive and mindful sequence where breath leads the movement.
Each class builds strength, mobility, stability, and inner focus through clear transitions and conscious rhythm.
You follow the same structure as a group, allowing you to understand the method, refine alignment, and build consistency.
We ask for silence during the class to maintain focus and respect the space. Please avoid drinking during practice unless necessary.
Mysore is a self-paced practice.
You move through the sequence at your own rhythm while we observe, guide, and assist you individually.
You can choose to practice Ashtanga Vinyasa or Vinyasa Krama, depending on your level and your needs.
Camila holds the space each morning, offering guidance and support as you move through your sequence.
This is where discipline is developed.
Progress comes through repetition, attention, and effort.
Silence is part of the practice.
We keep the room quiet to support concentration and awareness.
We approach yoga as a process that requires time, effort, and attention. Each day includes practice, study, observation, and reflection — creating the foundation for a clear and sustainable path in yoga.
This training is for those who want to understand the practice at its roots: how to move, how to breathe, how to observe, and how to teach from experience.
We focus on:
• understanding the body and how it moves
• developing awareness inside the practice
• learning to adapt and guide in real time
• building clarity through repetition and observation
We don’t provide accommodation or food. The process is something each student holds and takes responsibility for — inside and outside the shala.
